Graphical Glitch on Windows 7

I experienced a graphical glitch when I tried to run iPhone Drift. There is a gap between the iPhone outline and the displayed content, and the display content is repeated.
I am running Windows 7 Enterprise (32 bit) with two monitors: 1920x1200 primary, 1280x1024 secondary. My text size is set to Medium (125%); I have not tried setting it to Small (100%). I tried running the program in compatibility mode but had no luck.
It displays correctly if I open it on my Windows XP VM, but raises issues about not being able to find JSON.
