Superbar Saviour is a small application for Windows 7 which aims to fix many of the issues or annoyances in the Windows 7 Superbar.

SuperBar Saviour Version 1.0 Offers These Features:

middlebutton.png Middle Click To Close Windows.

Close open windows by simply clicking the programs icon in the SuperBar with your middle mouse button (scrollwheel button).

clicktorotate.png Click To Scroll Through Open Windows.

Ordinarily, clicking on a programs icon in the SuperBar shows a list of thumbnails, SuperBar Saviour allows you to scroll through the programs open windows with one click.

addwindow.png Double Click To Open New Window.

Double click on a program's icon in the SuperBar to open open a new window of that application.

openwith.png Drop Files On Icon To Open.

SuperBar Saviour allows you to drag a file onto a program's icon in the SuperBar to open it with that application.

SuperBar Saviour can be used with the taskbar on any side of the screen and with any taskbar size. Only a tiny amount of RAM is used, and it will not noticeably effect performance while open.

Known Bugs In Version 1.0:

-'Click to scroll through open Window' function disables the ability to drag up on an icon to show its Jumplist. Right clicking on the icon will still show the Jumplist.
-'Drop To Open' function will not change the tooltip text from 'Pin To Application' into 'Open With Application'.
